Everything was fantastic, including the absolutely stunning views of the bay. the hotel was in a remote setting on an island. - the food was local with lots of meals.

The double room is a nice size and stylish, offering an amazing location for planning our second night in the bay.

We spent New Year's Eve on a boat with amazing views of the karst formations. the free drinks and fireworks were a nice touch. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was great. the boat anchored at a remote spot for the night, so it was quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed the complimentary kayaking and cave visit.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom could have been cleaner. the air conditioning was not very effective, and the noise from the generator was bothersome at night.

Excellent service, from email interaction to private transport and onboard crew. Great tour guide who shared history and trivia during transfers. Activities included kayaking, cooking class, and cave exploration. Lovely cabin with bay view. Well taken care of. Wonderful experience!
